79829 - Concatenations pull-down menus resize when pulled down

Reproducability: always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Concatenation Form.
2. Enter your name and phone number into the form.
3. Select Edit|Save Form Data.
4. Select Edit|View Saved Data.
5. Select Other Saved Information|Concatenations.
6. Pull down the pull-down menu next to the concatenated Name field.

Expected results: the pull-down menu is pulled down and remains at the same width.

Actual results: the pull-down menu is pulled down, but also shrinks in width.

I've seen this with the nightly builds of 20010508 and 20010509 on Mac and Windows.
