Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to Marketplace with a regular username https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/login Expected results: Footer links are displayed on all Marketplace pages. Actual results: Footer links are not displayed for regular users at all. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF18 (Win 7). Issue is also reproducing in production. This is the design. There was supposed to be no footer at all, but we needed links for admins somewhere so that's where they ended up. The design continues to evolve.
