patches' feature of Bugzilla (which requires the PatchReader Perl module
as well), you should install patchutils from:
http://cyberelk.net/tim/patchutils/

This link is working fine. It redirects you to http://cyberelk.net/tim/software/patchutils/.
While we are on it, the current URL returns "301 Moved Permanently", so we should update the URL to use the one above.
