Users can search for names, irc nicknames, email or location (city/region/country) (as well as groups/skills/languages), but its hard to find which search results/people relate to what found terms. 

For example, do a search for "Francisco" on mozillians-dev. This will result in people who match the name, group(s) or location (e.g. san francisco).
