We are going to run an online survey in the weeks to come for a few locales asking Firefox users general questions about automatic translation of web pages, Firefox for mobile and the state of the mobile market in their region.

This survey will be ran on an external survey website, therefore we don't have a staging server.

The file is in your svn reposiroty at this address:

https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/l10n-misc/trunk/surveys/pl/survey4.lang

There are 88 strings but most of them are very short and easy to translate.

If you have already translated online surveys for Mozilla in the past, some of the strings may already be prefilled with your previous translation.

Note that there is a localization note for a string, please adapt the mobile brands listed in the string below if necessary with the popular brands for your region:

Takie małe moje 3 grosze. Sara, takie tłumaczenie: „Korzystał(a)bym, miał(a), korzystała/eś” jest niedopuszczalne w poprawnej polszczyźnie. Oprócz tego, rozumiem, że jako kobieta rodzaj żeński przedkładasz nad męski, ale póki co w polskiej gramatyce kolejność rodzajów jest następująca: męski, żeński, nijaki.

1. "Unappealing" is not "odpychająca", "odpychająca" is more like "repulsive". "Niezachęcająca" or sth?

2. "Gdyby Firefox miał(a) możliwość" - the "(a)" is not needed here.

3. "Telefon Blackberry lub inne urządzenie" should be "Telefon lub inne urządzenie Blackberry"

4. "użyła/eś" and similar should be written as "użyłaś/-eś" - one form of the word should be written in full before the slash, and the suffix of the other form should be prefixed with a dash.

Leszek, thank you for the comments. I changed the order of the suffixes, as you suggested. However, as you have not proposed a better alternative, I kept the forms with suffixes and slashes. I find it the most easily understandable for the users.

Marcoos, here is the patch with the suggested changes. Could you have one more look at it and tell me if it's fine now?

Niezrozumiałe dla mnie jest pisanie o niuansach gramatyki języka polskiego po angielsku. To, jak sądzę, nie jest ciekawe dla osób posługujących się innymi językami. Popatrzcie na strony dotyczące tłumaczenia na język francuski – piszą po francusku. Co innego, gdy zwracam się, np. do Pascala – wtedy używam angielskiego.
