Identity.jsm currently does a lot of heavy-lifting to fully implement navigator.id. As we are initially working (for B2G) on delegating much of the logic to server-provided JavaScript, we need to build a more minimal Identity.jsm.

This is mostly refactoring / removing code.

Would you mind filling out the bugzilla status fields then? I found this when looking for B2G blockers and it seemed ripe for the picking.
