798514 - Update newsletter opt in copy during new Affiliate sign-up

Now that we have better opt in copy for existing affiliates (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=798439), we should update the copy in the sign up flow as well. Hopefully we can include this in the same string pull and advise the localizers that it's the same copy twice.

Copy is:

"I'd like to receive the Firefox Affiliate newsletter and periodic Firefox Affiliates updates via email."

This option should only show for en-US as it currently does for now.

STV: Verify that the string in chelsea's comment above is used for the email signup checkbox during registration in the en-US locale only (other locales shouldn't see the email signup checkbox).
