Steps:

1. Start up the stub installer

Expected:

There should be an option to make nightly my default browser.

Actual:

Nothing shows up, no option is available select. Upon installing nightly through the stub installer, I get the prompt saying nightly isn't your default browser, would you like to make it your default browser. Sounds like we're not handling the default browser case at all in the stub installer for Windows 8 specifically.
