Details

For example, WSUS should be running on WSUS servers.  SPPSVC should be running on KMS.  A whole bunch of AD services should be running on a domain controller.

We should also monitor the roles for domain controllers - all should be GC's, the expected host should be the PDC, etc.

we're moving away form the domain except for servers, so this is already covered by AD/KMS/WDS monitoring bugs.
