Done:
Added new GPO under GPMC for ad.mozilla.com and releng.ad.mozilla.com default domain policy (not best practice normally) as this should be default for everything and everyone.
Under the GPMC this was added to both domains:
1) Default domain policy-> Computer Configuration -> Preferences -> Registry
2) Default domain policy-> User Configuration -> Preferences -> Registry
3) Default domain policy-> User Configuration -> Preferences -> Registry ( execute in user context)
The entry is called Quickedit and the entry is
HKEY_CURRENT_USER(HKU\.Default)->console->Quickedit (1)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER->console->Quickedit (1)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER->console->Quickedit (1) ( with user context)
Added bug number to description of each
Update screenshot to bug.

This was intended to be a *new* GPO that we can apply to machines as desired by linking it from OUs. I'm sure it doesn't hurt to be in DDP, but you're right - that GPO is best left to its own devices instead.
This is primarily needed for slaves, where releng needs to be able to copy/paste error messages without too much trouble.
