Details
The main entry page to bugzilla <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi> has
one bug template for "Browser Localizations" about which it says that it should
be used: "For problems with translation, spelling and other errors in particular
language packs and localized builds of Mozilla. Also for reporting browser bugs
in languages other than english."
However, it there is no COMPONENT called "bugs in language other than english".
Hence one must select among the limited Components that there is and which are
not fitting for reportingi e.g. a bug related to Mozilas clipboard handeling of
non-MacRoman characters on the Mac... For example. Please fix it up!

This is not a Bugzilla code issue, this is a configuration issue for
bugzilla.mozilla.org's installation of Bugzilla. Moving bug to
mozilla.org/bugzilla component changes

The "product" is for bug *reports* in other languages than English. E.g., you
choose 'Russian' and write your bug report in Russian. It has nothing to do
with i18n. (I18n bugs should be filed on the 'Browser' product, with the
component set to 'Internationalization'.)
Marking invalid.

vrfy invalid for bugs w/ the clipboard please use the xptoolkit component that
covers clipboard, some bugs might fall under 'Internationalization' others
might fall under 'Keyboard Navigation', other things fall under the Bidi
components. There is also an intl keyword.
