The background color of this PDF is the wrong color. PDF.js displays bright lime green, but Chrome and Preview.app display a muted green.

See the attached screenshot comparing the same PDF in Firefox, Chrome, and Preview.app windows. I am using PDF Viewer version 0.4.11.
Expected color but found 'top'.  Error in parsing value for 'background'.  Declaration dropped. @ resource://pdf.js/web/viewer.css:1019

Probably relevant.
This is due to CMYK color conversion see other bugs:
