Actual results:
  読み込み中... loading forever

Expected resulst:
  Plugin check should be performed
I can confirm the issue also on the English site at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

Summary: Plugins check page of mozilla.jp does not work → Plugin Check sometimes fails
moving over to web operations, since i can confirm this problem. Maybe a problem between the connection between plugincheck and plugins.mozilla.org (the database behind plugincheck)
