Steps to reproduce:
There are multiple issues here :
1. Open a new profile.
2. Hover mouse over the Nightly button on the top-left. Button becomes blurred. It can only be unblurred by resizing the window.
3. Dont unblurr the nightly button. Switch to a new tab.
4. Look at the address bar.
5. The "home page" and the "bookmarks" buuton do not get the "hover-over effect"` when mouse is hovered over them
6.Active tab effect is also not displayed. (Highlighting of the active tab)
Actual results:
Various rendering anomalies in the address bar and the tab bar.
I can reproduce these when HWA is enabled and in the safe mode.
With HWA off, no issues.
Expected results:
proper rendering.
