Details

The ftp is running very slow for Brazilian versions of Firefox 15:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/15.0.1/win32/pt-BR/Firefox%20Setup%2015.0.1.exe
Avoid using ftp:// if you want to expect faster downloads.
Try this instead:

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/15.0.1/win32/pt-BR/
