I finally landed bug 745384 last friday, and would be suspicious of it.
A local backout of 745384 fixes this. I'm just gonna back it out.
Depends on: 745384
Attached patch logcatSplinter Review
This is a logcat for reference. The failure in:

libmozglue.so (sqliteInternalCall(_JNIEnv*, sqlite3*, _jstring*, _jobjectArray*, _jlongArray*)+214)

made me very suspicious, given no one else has touched that code in awhile. I can get a better backtrace to debug more, but that patch isn't high priority.

No longer depends on: 745384

Version: Trunk → Firefox 18
Bug 745384 comment 13 might explain the crashes, but there's still the question what causes the underlying failure.

I'm still unable to sync. Had a look through the logcat and it seems the password table is still the issue.

It should probably be noted that I'm having a torturous time with sync at the moment anyway (as per bug 792887).
Attached file Nightly (10/09) - log
My 10/09 Nightly is crashing every few minutes. See log.

Can you please back it out of central and resping nightlies? This makes fennec pretty much unusable. :(
This should be fixed on Nightly now with the back-out in bug 745384.
