Steps to reproduce:

I enabled write protection by clicking left on the existing caldav calendar, clicking "Einstellungen" and enabling the checkbox for "Schreibschutz". After pressing OK a lock symbol appears behind the calendar.


Actual results:

After restarting Thunderbird the calendar is writeable again.


Expected results:

The calendar remains write protected after restarting thunderbird.
Have you enabled the offline cache feature for the calendar? If yes: same as Bug 742528.
