I just reverted the changes from yesterday that caused this (and some other changes that I didn't spend time extracting from the reverted changes). Tossing this in the 2012.19 sprint. We should assign it points when we have a good idea of an estimate. Rehan is looking into it now, so I'm going to assign it to him. Rehan: Feel free to assign it to Ricky if you want.

OK, IE9 has an issue we don't need 3 bugs for it. Marking as duplicate.
