Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:18.0) Gecko/18.0 Firefox/18.0 BuildID: 20121008031745 The old Download Manager is opened when using the keyboard shortcut (CTRL+J) or selecting the Downloads option from the Tools menu. Reproducible: always Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Firefox with a new profile 2. Navigate to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/ and download the latest Nightly 3. Wait for the download to complete, go to the Tools Menu and select Downloads. Expected results: The Downloads Panel is opened. Actual results: The old Download Manager is opened instead of the Downloads Panel. The Downloads Panel is now opened only if clicking the Downloads Indicator button located on the Navigation Toolbar.
The current behavior is the expected ones until the Library is ready to handle downloads (bug 675902)
