Featured app tool @ https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/admin/apps/featured should ask for confirmation before applying changes
it's an admin tool. Diana is getting permission to use it shortly and I'm sure she'll have a list of things that will make it easier to use. If this is on there, we'll schedule it in, but no need to track it separately.
