Steps to reproduce:

Open up web developer tools and view, for example, the CSS margin on an element.


Actual results:

Click into the value of the CSS margin and click arrow keys up and down.


Expected results:

What I'd *like* to happen:

The pixel value for the margin should go up and down, much like in firebug.

This should apply to all measurement units (eg. em, percentage, etc.) and in all contexts (such as padding, top and bottom placement, etc.).
