We should get Bouncer's tests (at least the API tests) resurrected, and running in a CI (https://ci.mozilla.org/):

This will help us all not fear changes like bug 613620 as much :-)
Agreed. There are also tests in an app called "php" that you might just have to scrap because they are highly data-dependent.
