Is something broken, or did we have a long spike in load?
Other platforms seem to be fine.

I just saw fuzzer-win32-bm12-build1-build757.txt.gz and 758 and 759 come in.
Perhaps a load spike due to the last minute landings for the end of the 18 nightly window?

Plenty of new entries starting Oct 13. Maybe it was just a big/long spike in load.
