Create new buildbot masters to manage the 400 boards that we are obtaining for android 4.0/b2g.
Adding another 5 to that list based on bug 799794 for a total of 10.
Added to inventory, DNS, DHCP, nagios, and the root password changed to the current releng root pw. Nagios checks have been downtimed till October 31st. buildbot-master39.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.29 buildbot-master40.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.30 buildbot-master41.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.31 buildbot-master42.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.32 buildbot-master43.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.33 buildbot-master44.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.34 buildbot-master45.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.35 buildbot-master46.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.36 buildbot-master47.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.37 buildbot-master48.build.scl1.mozilla.com has address 10.12.48.38 Once hosts are puppetized properly by releng they will also be added to ganglia.
