Details

A chat popup maintains its focused colors even when the content area has focus.  It seems unusual to have one titlebar different than another when there isn't really anything special about the selected chatbox at that time. 

I think either:
1) the chatbox should lose the special titlebar colors when the chatbox loses focus
or
2) the selected chat's titlebar style doesn't change (like Gmail does).

If I have 2 chatboxes open, I also have a hard time telling which one is selected on OS X where they differ only by a shade of grey. 

I also don't find the titlebar colors very appealing on OS X. Perhaps a gradient will help with that.
