## Repro :
1. go to settings -> Cellular & Data -> APN Settings
2. look at radio button options

## Expected :
1. Proper capitalization on all options

## Actual :
1. MEdia Net is the first option

The specific problem mentioned here does not exist anymore but, the labels for identity and password are in all lowercase where all other labels are in sentence case.

That’s a typo in the Gnome APN database that we’re using. It should be fixed by bug 792879 because we’re switching to the Android database.
