Visiting certain pages, eg http://blogs.which.co.uk/technology/cameras-camcorders/digital-cameras/latest-cameras-with-viewfinders-examined/
Leave the mouse unmoved for a few seconds and the cursor disappears till you move the mouse again. The vanishing cursor then happens across all tabs and anywhere within the Firefox window until you restart the browser (but will reoccur as soon as you visit certain pages again). Have tested this in safe mode and the same occurs. Disabling Flash prevents the issue so seems a conflict between Firefox and Flash and has only occurred since updating to FF16, and also updated Flash to latest version (V11.4.402.287) around the same time
