Recurring event expansion cost is high and currently for every sync we recalculate/trash all busytimes which is a major drain on performance.

Blocks notifications from working correctly. Without this we will notify the user each sync for ongoing events regardless of if we have done so previously. (this is done and will be part of the large notifications patch).
