The deployment in Bug 800254 got stuck on this meliae/python bug, which causes the gunicorn workers to crash when dumping memory usage data: https://bugs.launchpad.net/meliae/+bug/893461 I worked up a quick-and-dirty fix to try to get this up and running on stage, committed here: http://hg.mozilla.org/services/server-storage/rev/ec2e12d239fc This needs to be revisited, either by getting a fix merged into upstream or by cleaning up, reviewing and maintaining our own patched version. (or possibly, by running a non-debug-enabled python build on the stage/prod servers - this bug is triggered by an assertion down inside python's object system, which is only enabled on debug builds)
Is this still a relevant bug in 1.5. If not, I think we can WONTFIX.
