Details
The AwesomeScreen's context menu has a "Remove [Bookmark]" menu item for the "Bookmarks" list. We should consider adding a "Bookmark" menu item for the "Top Sites" and "History" list (for items that are not already have a bookmarked).

I wanted to bookmark some pages that were in my History list, but the only way I could do so was to reload the page and then bookmark it from the AwesomeBar's drop-down menu.

If Ian approves of this change, I could make this into a mentor bug.
