From Asa's feedback in today's Metro UX meeting, the ideal default behavior would be: * links from Metro apps open in metro Firefox, and * links from desktop apps open in desktop Firefox. If for some reason we can't implement that, then we might need a pref for users to choose whether external links open in metro or desktop.

I will add that having a way to target Classic (we get Metro targeting for free by being default Windows browser) should not block v1.

There's a different bug for adding preferences for IE10 parity about where to open. But staying in the env of the link click is the default and it's always worked that way.
