1) Is problem reproducible for you in 2.13.1?
2) Did you try Safe Mode (Help - Restart with Add-Ons disabled)?
Whiteboard: closeme INCO 2012-11-01
ad 1) the problem occurs only in version 2.13 and in 2.13.1 too, After reinstalling 2.12.1 everything was pretty fine again.
ad) no, I didn`t try Safe Mode, I will do so and report
ad 2) I tried Safe Mode with all addons disabled and I didn´t update lightning: no positive results.
I still can´t save changes in contacts.

Thank you for your help :)
So, you talking not about internal Address Book, but about Lightning? If so, why you don't update it to have corresponding to 2.13.x release version?
Sorry for confusing you. But I´m still talking about the internal Address Book. I just wanted to confirm that threre is no conflict between any installed and activated addon (incl. lightning). The problem occurs even if not any addon is activated and 2.13.1 is running in its basic version.
E.g.: I open an existing contact in Address Book and change any item like name or address. I can´t save the changes. Clicking the "ok" button doesn´t cause any result.
ib, is this a DUP of Bug 801615 - Edited contacts can't be saved if address book has lists ?
yes, this is a DUP of Bug 801615 - I do have lists in my address book but I didn´t try to run 2.13.1 without the lists.
