User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0 Build ID: 20121010144125 Steps to reproduce: 1. Please go to Tools->Options 2. Select Privacy tab 3. In "Firefox will" combo please select "Never remember history" and after that select "Use custom setting for history". Note that "Always use private browsing mode" option is pre-checked. 4. Now select "Always remember history" and after that select "Use custom setting for history". Now note that "Always use private browsing mode" is UN-checked. Is is desired behavior that Firefox pre-check options regarding recently used combo option? If yes, I think this Firefox "thinking" should be mentioned in Knowledge Base. If no, then these pre-checks should be consistent in both cases.
