Looks like shared/js/media_db.js is a stale copy of shared/js/mediadb.js and not used anywhere. If so we should probably remove it?
Yeh David did the updates to mediadb to let people use media_db until people upgraded, if everything is on the new version then we can get rid of it

(although I will leave the argument about filenames between david and kaze :P)
