801508 - Update Marketplace icon to Aurora

We should update the Marketplace app icon to the Aurora version so that users who choose to run the Marketplace as an app will see the temporary one. App name should stay "Firefox Marketplace".

Changing the Marketplace icon for the app that ships with Firefox OS requires checking this into Gaia. The current Marketplace icon has already been customized by the Gaia UI designers, and this Aurora thing is supposed to be temporary. Is this a hard requirement from someone?

Ah okay that makes sense. I'm not clear how users even install the Marketplace as an app on Android, since that option is supposedly being removed from Fennec. CC'ing Jason for input.

Yup, you are right. bug 799221 has disables marketplace as an app.

IMO - I'd rather not change the icon at this point unless there's some absolutely show-stopping reason to change it, even if it's for this "Aurora" release. We'll have to change it on FF Android as well, as about:apps uses the marketplace app icon in the top right corner. And I don't think it's worth fighting an uplift for an icon change this close to a public launch.

In short - I'd really rather WONTFIX this one unless there's some showstopping reason I'm not seeing.

To clarify: I meant this to be used as the launch icon for the Marketplace web app on the device home screen. But as Jason and cvan pointed out and I had forgotten - we aren't supporting launching the Marketplace as an "app" in this release and I assume therefor the icon would be obsolete. 

When it comes to what icon is used in the banner that is a ongoing discussion currently in an email thread.

I'd be happy to wontfix this, but it sounds like it's not a marketplace bug.  I'll kick to Fx for Android and let them triage.

I don't think this was intended to be Aurora only. They are referring to the marketplace itself being in Aurora. Although I feel strongly to WONTFIX this anyways, cause I don't see a strong reason to play icon modifications this late in the game unless there is some showstopping reason why.
