Our Japanese locale leader Asai Tomoya (bugzilla@firehacks.org) can't commit to SVN (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=798403#c2) but now that I have access to the bug in which his account was restored (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=708537#c10) I think there is a problem with his account, he should be able to commit in all localizers svn repositories.
Maybe this is related to bug 778717
Thanks for checking his LDAP account and making sure he can commit on SVN

I requested SVN access in bug 708537 by Ashish Vijayaram.
But I couldn't commit into l10n-misc.

I'll take this bug. I'd missed adding dynamis to @localizers since it wasn't explicitly mentioned in Bug 708537. I've done that now, please allow ~30 mins for propagation.
