Steps to reproduce:

Install incompatible addons.


Actual results:

Addons incompatible prompt to be not see clearly...
font color and background are all light-colored...


Expected results:

background should like v15 is red.

I was unable to reproduce this issue on Thunderbird 45.5.1. The info bar was successfully displayed while installing an incompatible add-on: http://screencast.com/t/se73vhbBbb9

Is this issue still reproducible on your end? (please use the latest Thunderbird version 45.5.1)
