I noticed bug in Firefox about SSL certificate of the money transfer sites like Paypal and addon site of Firefox are not showing real identity in version 16.0.1 on Windows XP sp3. In IE 8 they are showing real identities and Google chrome also shows real identity of twitter and mozilla addon site.

And I also tried with "adddon disabled"then also same condition. But these sites works fine in IE8 and Chrome 22 and also in Palemoon and also in Opera 12. Only bug is in FF 16.0.1 as I think as it is fine for other browsers.

The only thing that disables EV certs is AFAIK a failing or disabled OSCP check. Please check that OSCP is enabled in options/advanced/encryption/validation (first checkbox and first radiobox enabled) Please test a new profile if it still fails : - http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing%20profiles
