steps to reproduce:
1. Load marketplace-dev on your Fennec nightly on your Android device.
2. Click on Login/register


expected behavior:
Persona pop-up opens prompting the user to log in.


observed behavior:
The homepage just reloads with /# and Persona popup doesn't load.

This is not related to Persona
Summary: Clicking Login button doesn't open the Persona popup on Android → JS not getting initialized on Android
as per cvan's comment, removing myself from /cc.
