Otoro phone, build 2012-10-16
Build info:

## Repro :
1. Launch the camera app
2. Press the home button to back to homescreen
3. See the statusbar (also check the GPS status in settings app)
## Expected:
* Won't see anything
## Actual:
* See the geolocation indicator shows up in the status bar
