Why i cannot logout from my thunderbird, what if anybody else uses my pc and can harm on my emails?

However the basic answer is that you should use Operating-System level protection to log out from your PC or lock the screen. If someone has access to your operating system log-in, they'll be able to look at your emails or remove files etc, even if Thunderbird is not running. This is why you need to use the operating system to protect your PC.
Resolving as invalid as this is really a support request and not a bug.

It's also a duplicate :) But I no longer remember the root bug# (which also has detailled explanation iirc), which might be under toolkit.
