After a discussion with Ibai and Ricky on IRC, we realized that just the 12% of Spanish users getting to this page click on the "Ask a question" button. Since most of the content on this page is not relevant if you are going to ask a question to the community forums, maybe it's a good idea to redirect this page directly to community forums list: https://www.mozilla-hispano.org/foro/viewforum.php?f=1
There's no need of SUMO developers for this request. Indeed, you can do it at any time by putting: REDIRECT [ https://www.mozilla-hispano.org/foro/viewforum.php?f=1] in the editor of https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/obtener-ayuda-de-la-comunidad.
