Steps: 1. Request access to the mic with a built-in mic and an integrated mic with a long mic device name 2. Select the drop down in the permission prompt Expected: I should still see the 1 and 2 for each mic available. Actual: The 2 appears to be getting cut off in the screenshot. We may want to re-order how we are showing text here to the following: (1) ....info here... (2) ....info here... Generally, we might want to reconsider how we're showing the text in general, as it does feel a bit awkward?

"(2)" isn't appended in the second menu item because it's already part of the label and underlined there. The point of underlined characters in menus is to let the user know that typing those characters will activate the corresponding menu item.

(In reply to Dão Gottwald [:dao] from comment #1) > "(2)" isn't appended in the second menu item because it's already part of > the label and underlined there. The concept makes sense, although I actually didn't see it until you mentioned it. Is there any polish work we could do here to make it more obvious?

We no longer show the number indicator. Also, cropping the device name works as expected.
