The menu bar, bookmarks toolbar, and the right-click options glitch. The options dialog box appears, but the information/test appears and disappears and I have to keep moving my mouse to get glimpses of the data options. My primary monitor has no issues. I also switched monitors and it's always the secondary monitor that glitches. This glitch only happens in Firefox 16.0.1 and 17.0.1b. Firefox 15 works fine.
Your bug is likely a dupe of bug 800701. Could you test with hardware acceleration disabled in FF16/177 (Options > Advanced > General, then restart Firefox).
Summary: Menu bar is glitchy; information appears/disappears → Menu bar is glitchy; information appears/disappears on secondary monitor

Thanks for confirming.
