802479 - sort products in PHP just as in the DB

The PHP app uses https://github.com/mozilla/socorro/blob/master/webapp-php/application/config/products.php-dist#L19 to sort products in the dropdown list, which is unlike bug 794164. I think this is a bug in the PHP app, we should fix this and selenium tests.
