User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0.1
Build ID: 20120905151427
Steps to reproduce:
I was trying to set up Firefox Sync on another device using my Nexus 7 for pairing. From Firefox's action list I went to Settings -> Sync trying to find the "Pair a Device" option.
Actual results:
I get a pop-up asking me to select among the various sync accounts set up on the device (similar to getting dumped at "Accounts & Sync" section of the settings app (on my ICS / CM9 device), but more jarring.
The bigger problem is that if I select the Firefox Sync account I get dumped at a Firefox Sync settings screen that doesn't have the "Pair a Device" option. I eventually figured out that if I went into the main Settings app and selected the "Firefox Sync" account I got a different screen with the "Pair a Device" option (and my Firefox Sync account to drill down into).
Expected results:
Going to Settings -> Sync in Firefox should send me somewhere where I can easily find the "Pair a Device" option (or "Pair a Device" should be obviously reachable in some other way).

I believe this is another change in Android's behaviour, new with Jelly Bean.
Since pairing another device to a paired phone is rare, I don't think we'll get to this soon. We have discussed moving all Sync settings into Fennec itself, and this would certainly be addressed if we do that.
