As a user, once I confirm an app's installation, if that app requires a download in order to complete installation, and that download completes, and if there are no other downloads in progress, I want the Status Bar indicator to be removed, so that I know that the download has finished.
Summary: [Apps] Remove app downloading icon from status bar once download complete → [Apps] Remove app downloading icon from status bar once download(s) complete
