The images on http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/ disappear and reappear as the page
is scrolled. Some also come back on mouseover.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/
2. Use the mouse to grab the scroll thumb
3. Move it up and down and watch the fun!

Expected Results:  I.L.B

Note that I haven't restarted mozilla --- I don't believe in restarting. No
messages have been produced on the controlling pty, either.
