github-sync2.dmz.scl3.mozilla.com is online, but yet to be puppetized and configured. I'll do that tomorrow.
Hal, I don't think you need any special network flows for this machine (don't remember setting up any for the previous two). Box is online and puppetized. Let me know if everything looks good, please re-open if not.

Also, I purposely didn't install any packages, please keep a list as you install them :) I'd like that for future "make this supported with puppet" stuff :D
