Details

It's been reported that 64-bit local builds aren't recognized as the default metro browser. We need to test this to be sure it's working and if not fix any issues.

This ended up being because of a leading whitespace in the appusermodelid for the hash of the path C:\Program Files\Nightly. An unrelated bug that caused problems here.
